EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Oleksandr is a health economist with a strong background in economic evaluations of healthcare programmed and health economics modelling, epidemiology, statistics, patient reported outcomes data collection and software solutions development. From 2009 to 2014 he worked at in GlaxoSmithKline Vaccines HQ at a position of a global health economics manager. Together with cross functional medical affairs, epidemiology and commercial teams and across multiple disease areas, he led the delivery of economic models, value arguments and health technology assessment reports to a number of government agencies and private healthcare payers in EU, MENA, CIS and APAC. From 2009 is a constant member of ISPOR, from 2014 an exhibitor, offering dedicated solutions for data collection, health economics modelling and healthcare data analytics.
Oleksandr is a managing director of privately held health economics digital consulting agency – Digital Health Outcomes LLC (DHO). He leads a team of data scientists and software developers and builds analytical tools for health data analytics. DHO delivers web based health economics models and decision-making applications for engagement with payers and healthcare providers. DHO’s clients are global HEOR departments of pharma and medical devices industry, namely, GSK, Baxter, Roche Diagnostics, Boehringer Ingelheim, Bayer and other companies. DHO has established strategic partnership with international healthcare consulting agencies (RTI, IQVIA, IBM Watson/Truven) in the area of transformation of nuclear level health/cost data and information into dashboards and analytics tools for C-level hospital managers, helping payers to optimize costs and achieve better operational and financial performance.
